Terri joined the Atticus team in 2020, bringing more than a decade of business growth experience as the director of sales for a non-profit in the financial industry and several years as a top-performing real estate associate. Her extensive background in acquiring, nurturing, and managing long-term client relationships makes her uniquely qualified to help you grow your practice. Terri thrives on building new business relationships, assessing clients’ needs and creating action plans to achieve their goals.

She grew up in Florida and married her high school sweetheart. Together, they have five children and three grandchildren. Fishing and watching sports together are often a part of Hays family gatherings
