Be the Firm They Remember: Holiday Marketing That Stands Out and Strengthens Referrals

Be the Firm They Remember: Holiday Marketing That Stands Out and Strengthens Referrals

Free Video Replay | Recorded October 15, 2026
Most law firms will send a holiday card, a branded gift, or a year-end email. And most of it will be forgotten almost immediately. The holidays give you a different opportunity: to strengthen important relationships, show genuine appreciation, and stay top of mind with the people who matter most to your firm and your referral network. In this practical video replay, attorney and Atticus Practice Advisor Seth Kuntz showed you how to build a holiday marketing plan that feels personal instead of promotional.

We covered

how to:

Focus your time and budget on the relationships that matter most

Make holiday outreach feel personal, thoughtful, and memorable

Choose marketing ideas that help your firm stand out

Use AI to generate personalized ideas and simplify your planning

Turn your ideas into a simple plan you can actually put into action

Participants left with a clear strategy they could start using right away. We also left time for live Q&A.

Practice Advisor & Attorney

Seth Kuntz, J.D.

As an attorney, Seth is no stranger to the challenges lawyers face daily in their practices. A desire to help attorneys overcome these obstacles and gain control over their firms and lives was one of the driving forces that led him to Atticus. He is now dedicated to helping attorneys identify what’s holding them back from building the practice and life they envisioned when they first became lawyers. Prior to joining Atticus, Seth served as a Senior Attorney at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where he was responsible for enforcing the nation’s banking laws. Before that, he was an Associate Attorney in the Washington, DC office of a law firm, specializing in registered fund work—typically before the Securities and Exchange Commission. Seth holds a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He currently resides in Michigan with his wife, Carly, and their dog, Moose. In his free time, Seth enjoys playing sports like basketball and golf and watching the ones he doesn’t play, like football. He loves to travel and looks for any excuse to hop on a plane to explore new places, including adventures to Patagonia and Thailand.
