Mastering a Proactive Family Law Practice

Friday, May 8, 2026 | 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET

Family law attorneys and their teams face unique pressure: demanding clients, unpredictable matters, staff fatigue, and inconsistent cash flow. When the practice becomes reactive, it can be difficult to protect your time, support your staff, and create the kind of stability that leads to a stronger, more sustainable firm.

This interactive virtual workshop is designed for family law attorneys who want to become more proactive in the way they run their practice. Attorney Chris Murphy and Member Advisor Veronica Waggoner will lead a practical, solutions-focused session centered on the core issues family law firms are facing right now, giving participants the opportunity to dig into their own practice and develop practical next steps throughout the day.
