Evolve Your Practice’s Modern Marketing Approach

Built on a foundation of content marketing, our services are focused on helping you build a pragmatic approach that is centered on creating, developing, managing and measuring a valuable content marketing approach so that you can sharpen your marketing efforts

Engaged Content Marketing Services

20-30 Hours Per Month

A highly structured, 30-day planning engagement, followed by a fully engaged, trusted advisor and support system for your content marketing creation, management, and measurement.

30-DAY Road Mapping

3 Weeks + 1 Half Day Session

Starting with a week of homework and information gathering, we engage in a half-day session to dive into your current challenges. The output from this is a comprehensive list of actions, an audit of your current marketing operations and a recommended six-month plan.

Content Marketing Advisor

3-10 Hours Per Month

Following either a Road Mapping Engagement or a 3-6 month Engaged Services sprint, we offer an ongoing advisory service that can help you continuously focus on improvement.

Engaged Content Marketing

A dedicated resource (10-30 hours-per-month) to help you navigate, build, implement, and manage a content marketing approach

Depending on where you are in your marketing journey, the engagement starts with a highly structured, 30-day planning. It’s then followed by another structured 2-11 months of a fully engaged, trusted advisor and support system for implementing and managing your content marketing creation, management, and measurement.

Day 1 – Step One: Kick-off and Onboarding

Introductions. Then we establish the communication channels, the cadence, and the immediate priorities. We introduce you to how we will get to the first deliverable – the content & marketing blueprint (due within the first 30 days). This is a co-created plan and requires both homework, as well as 2-3 workshop meetings in the first two weeks. This meeting closes with identifying any “special projects” or time-sensitive needs that should be addressed.

Days 2-30 – Step Two: Within the First Thirty Days

Complete the content & marketing blueprint – (recommendations and roadmap) and get alignment on immediate priorities for immediate goals and objectives (e.g., 1-2 quarters), planned initiatives, budget, access to talent, positioning, and identified special projects. We also identify (given the depth of engagement) our specific role in the execution or leadership.

Days 31-90 – Step Three

We work with internal resources and capital available to execute on the first quarter’s initiatives per our plan, prioritizing those that have been identified as “quick wins” and laying the foundation for future work. We help execute, provide access to talent, and help engage any third-party solutions (agencies, technologies, etc.) that may be needed.

Days 91 forward – Step Four

We start with our quarterly workshop to review progress and re-evaluate the need for engaged services going forward. We may move to “advisor role” (see next) or you may be up and running at this point with internal resources. If the decision is to move forward with engaged services, we work to help create a new 90-day plan – to “do it with you” on ongoing initiatives, measurement, and optimizing the plan as we continue forward. We have (at least) a quarterly planning workshop to re-evaluate.

A structured planning engagement of slightly less than a month, that includes a half-day planning session, and the deliverable of a 6-month detailed roadmap plan.

If you are looking to get an audit of your existing content or marketing efforts or looking to simply tweak or change your content and marketing priorities – this less intensive engagement may be for you.

Week 1 – Step One: Kick-off and Audit

Introductions. And then we establish the communication channels, the cadence, and the immediate priorities. We introduce you to the Content & Marketing Audit (due within the first week from you and your team). This is a questionnaire that can be facilitated through a workshop, or as homework (and a workbook). It is due to be completed within approximately one week from the kick-off date.

Days 7-14 – Step Two: Analysis & Prep

We then use the materials gleaned from you and begin to build out a “light” version of the Content & Marketing Blueprint depending on where the focus is most needed. It is a series of proposed recommendations, as well as questions that will serve as the working agenda for our half-day consult.

Days 15-18 – Step Three

We hold a 4-6 hour strategy session on Zoom or in-person (depending on travel availability). We work through a facilitated agenda to brainstorm, align on recommended priorities, and challenges faced in the existing content and/or marketing approach.

Days 28-30 – Step Four

We follow up the half-day workshop with any follow-up questions or actions that need to be taken. We then prepare the Six-Month Content Marketing Roadmap – which will identify a recommended action plan that may include anything from new talent acquisition, to technology, to creative messaging implementation, to special projects that should be initiated. It will also include recommendations on where we can be of further assistance in either an engaged or advisory capacity.

A few hours per month (2-6) that can help you or your team get the education, coaching, leadership, or ongoing trusted advisory that can help keep your content and marketing plans on track.

This engagement level requires either the half-day consult, or a 90-day Engaged Content Marketing as the pre-cursor.

Week 1 – Step One: Kick-off

Introductions. And then we establish the communication channels, the cadence, and the immediate priorities. We also examine the goals/objectives, and priority issues that we want to address either over multiple sessions. We also determine whether access to external resources that may be needed as part of the ongoing advisory will be part of the advisory (e.g. introduction to agencies, or technology vendors). A task-list and a plan for the next few sessions are structured within that.

Ongoing – Step Two

We meet at a regular time (scheduled in advance) each week or month (depending on the number of hours allotted) and plan the ensuing “homework” or other tasks as may be assigned during our sessions.

Day 90, 120, 180 etc. – Step Three

Each three months we schedule a review session to understand where we are, and determine whether a re-engagement is valuable.
