The Non-Attorney Consult Advantage
Stop Giving Away Free Legal Advice in Every Consult
Train a non-attorney team member to run confident, effective initial consultations, so your prospects feel heard and your attorneys stop losing hours (and cases) to consults that never close.
To ensure every firm gets individual attention, space is very limited.
Don't wait to claim your seat.
Don't wait to claim your seat.
Your Consultation Process Is Costing You More Than Time.
Every time you or your attorneys sit down for an initial consult, you risk giving away the legal answer before anyone's hired you, and scaring off a prospect who just wanted to feel understood. It's not intentional. Attorneys are trained to solve problems, so the moment a prospect describes their situation, instinct kicks in. Meanwhile the prospect, often stressed and unfamiliar with legal language, shuts down instead of opening up.
The result: hours of billable time spent on consults that don't convert, and a bottleneck that caps how many clients your firm can actually help.

Is This the Right Fit for
Your Firm?
This program is built for attorneys who want to delegate consults without losing control of quality. It's a good fit if:
You or your attorneys are currently running every initial consult personally
You have (or are ready to designate) a non-attorney team member to take this on
You want a repeatable process, not just a one-off training
You're ready to bring your attorney and consultant through the program together
A Simple, Proven Path
01
Step 1: Enroll Together
Bring your attorney/firm owner and a designated non-attorney consultant, plus an additional team member like another trainee or your team leader, up to 3 people per firm, one flat price.
02
Step 2: Learn the System
Across 8 live sessions, your team learns a structured process for leading consultations that build trust, gather the right information, and stay on the right side of the legal-advice line.
03
Step 3: Implement With Support
Put your new consult process into practice with guidance, feedback, and support so your team can confidently apply what they’ve learned.
What Changes for Your Firm

Your team leads consultations with structure and confidence, not guesswork
