Jordan Ostroff founded Jordan Law, a client-centric personal injury firm in Orlando, to challenge the traditional legal model of stress, burnout, and inefficiency. A former prosecutor who handled thousands of cases, Jordan built his firm into a multi-million-dollar practice while working just three days a week, proving that lawyers can grow successful firms without sacrificing their sanity.
Today, Jordan coaches and consults with law firm owners nationwide, helping them scale sustainably, automate strategically, attract ideal clients, and build practices that support both financial success and personal fulfillment. His mission is to reduce lawyer burnout and help attorneys create healthier, more rewarding careers.
Outside of work, Jordan is a devoted dad, enthusiastic disc golfer, and fan of delightfully terrible horror movies. Whether mentoring young professionals, sharing a meal with friends, or cracking jokes at his own expense, he strives to leave the world a little smarter, funnier, and kinder than he found it.
