About this Workshop
Running a successful law firm requires far more than being a great lawyer. It requires the mindset of an owner, the discipline to manage time and priorities well, the ability to build the right team and create capacity, and the confidence to lead with intention. Growth, profitability, and sustainability do not happen by accident. They come from making thoughtful decisions about how the firm is structured, how it operates, and where it is headed.
In The Practice Blueprint, you will step back from the daily noise and take a focused, practical look at the core areas that drive a stronger practice and a better life. Rather than staying buried in the constant demands of the day-to-day, you will have the space to evaluate what is really happening in your firm, identify where you are stuck, and focus on the issues that most directly affect your success as an owner.
This is not a theoretical workshop built around generic ideas. It is a hands-on experience created for law firm owners who want practical insight, honest reflection, and a more intentional way to lead. Through guided reflection and real business frameworks, you will examine the essential components of a healthy firm — owner mindset, time and focus, vision, staffing, pipeline, client development, cash flow, and execution.
Throughout the day, you will identify where your firm is strong, where it is getting stuck, and what may be preventing you from reaching the next level. You will explore how to strengthen your systems, improve team capacity, and connect your firm strategy to the life and practice you actually want to build.
By the end of the workshop, you will walk away with more than inspiration. You will leave with clearer priorities, stronger decision-making frameworks, and a focused 90-day plan to help you move from insight to action.

Jordan Ostroff
Practice Advisor & Attorney
Jordan Ostroff founded Jordan Law, a client-centric personal injury firm in Orlando, to challenge the traditional legal model of stress, burnout, and inefficiency. A former prosecutor who handled thousands of cases, Jordan built his firm into a multi-million-dollar practice while working just three days a week, proving that lawyers can grow successful firms without sacrificing their sanity.
Today, Jordan coaches and consults with law firm owners nationwide, helping them scale sustainably, automate strategically, attract ideal clients, and build practices that support both financial success and personal fulfillment. His mission is to reduce lawyer burnout and help attorneys create healthier, more rewarding careers.
Outside of work, Jordan is a devoted dad, enthusiastic disc golfer, and fan of delightfully terrible horror movies. Whether mentoring young professionals, sharing a meal with friends, or cracking jokes at his own expense, he strives to leave the world a little smarter, funnier, and kinder than he found it.
