She has spent the past twenty-five years focusing her legal career on Elder Law and Estate Planning, with a primary concentration on the areas of Estate Settlement, Probate and Trust Administration, Long Term Care Planning, and Estate Planning. Cary served on the Board of Directors for the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys for five years, including a term as president. She currently serves on the Florida Joint Public Policy Task Force for the Elderly and Disabled, keeping her apprised of legislative or agency issues with the potential to impact Florida’s seniors or disabled citizens.
