Law Firm Team Leader Certification – Level 1
The Team Leader Certification is an Atticus® Coaching Program that was built around our Strategic Growth Concepts™. The primary focus will include sharpening focus and prioritization, building a Rockstar team, prioritizing cashflow and profitability.
About the Workshop
LAW FIRM TEAM LEADER CERTIFICATION – LEVEL 2
Building off Level I, Team Leader Certification Program, Level II will focus on further developing leadership skills to effectively lead a Rockstar Team, completing and learning to apply firm processes and procedures, i.e.,Rockstar Team Guide, and applying Lean Principles to improve cashflow and profitability. This six-month, 12-session program is a continuation of the Level I Team Leader Program, where we will continue to build your confidence and communication skills, while you develop a thorough understanding of how you impact the success of your law firm.
About the Workshop
Law Firm Team Leader Certification – Level 3
Building off Level 2, Team Leader Certification Program, Level III will focus on further developing leadership skills to build your Rockstar Team and yourself to help grow and manage the law firm. This six-month, 12-session program is a continuation of the Level II Team Leader Program, where we will continue to help you build your confidence and communication skills, while you develop a thorough understanding of how you impact the success of your law firm.
