How can you guarantee revenue growth? + -

Atticus has worked exclusively with attorneys since 1989. Our clients have consistently reported increased revenues that they’ve directly attributed to having implemented our strategies and working with our Certified Practice Advisors & Facilitators.

How can a Practice Advisor coach me on growing my practice if they are not an attorney? + -

Some of our Certified Practice Advisors are highly experienced attorneys who have owned and sold practices. Some are not. Our Advisors’ backgrounds include successful careers in accounting, business development, military command, the ministry, human resources, and marketing.

Our Certified Practice Advisors do not coach you on becoming a better lawyer. They lead you on the path to becoming a successful (or a more successful) business owner. Each of our Certified Practice Advisors has run his or her own successful business and has served many years helping law firm owners learn and master the four cornerstone issues of practice management: hiring, training and developing staff; tracking for profitability and managing cash flow; creating and maintaining a unique client development strategy (i.e. marketing); and time and focus management.

Can you send me samples of your curriculum? + -

Over the past 25 years, Atticus has assembled and shared an enormous amount of practice management related resources, articles, and recordings at no cost. It’s why we’ve become a reliable source of helpful information for business-owning attorneys everywhere. However, our workshop and program curriculum is considered intellectual property and we don’t make it freely available to the public. If you are researching a specific practice management issue and are curious if we have any tools, information, or educational materials that might help you, we encourage you to reach out.

Who leads the Atticus workshops and programs? + -

All of our Programs and Workshops are led by our Certified Practice Advisors & Facilitators, each having undergone additional extensive training on teaching the unique concepts, strategies, and methods within the Atticus curriculum. They are highly skilled at facilitating group coaching programs for attorneys and have led countless law firm retreats, taught educational presentations at state bar conferences, and given keynote speeches for many legal associations across the nation.

What's the difference between one of your workshops and a program? + -

Our Workshops are held in half and full day intervals. The curriculum focuses on specific, defined issues.

Our Programs are ongoing. They cover a wider range of issues, but we dive deep into mastering the core concepts of successful practice management.

  • Atticus Rainmakers® – Members receive a legal marketing toolkit and monthly live coaching in an online marketing class led by a Certified Practice Advisor.
  • Practice Growth Program® – Members meet quarterly in person for two days of group coaching led by a Certified Practice Advisor. They also may take part in monthly accountability phone calls with the group’s Resource Advisor, who helps them stay on track with implementing program strategies and provides additional support.
  • Dominate Your Market® – Members meet quarterly in person for two days of group coaching led by a Certified Practice Advisor. They also may take part in monthly accountability phone calls with the group’s Resource Advisor, who helps them stay on track with implementing program strategies and provides additional support.
