Building off Level I, Team Leader Certification Program, Level II will focus on further developing leadership skills to effectively lead a Rockstar Team, completing and learning to apply firm processes and procedures, i.e.,Rockstar Team Guide, and applying Lean Principles to improve cashflow and profitability. This six-month, 12-session program is a continuation of the Level I Team Leader Program, where we will continue to build your confidence and communication skills, while you develop a thorough understanding of how you impact the success of your law firm.

What you’ll accomplish:

• Deep Dive into cornerstone skills of Time Management, Building Your Team, and Cashflow & Profitability
• Building a Rockstar Team Guide
• How to influence mindsets of your team members, through the use of ‘not yet’ after further review of Mindset by Carol Dweck
• Develop a system to build processes while flowcharting one major process that has not been captured
• Develop a plan for your possible extended absence from the firm
• Learn how to effectively apply Lean principles to all facets of the law firm through a deep dive into A Factory of One, by Daniel Markovitz
