Building off Level I, Team Leader Certification Program, Level II will focus on further developing leadership skills to effectively lead a Rockstar Team, completing and learning to apply firm processes and procedures, i.e.,Rockstar Team Guide, and applying Lean Principles to improve cashflow and profitability. This six-month, 12-session program is a continuation of the Level I Team Leader Program, where we will continue to build your confidence and communication skills, while you develop a thorough understanding of how you impact the success of your law firm.

Patti is the Team Leader and Paralegal for Idaho Estate Planning, an estate planning and elder law firm in Eagle Idaho. Patti was instrumental in the creation of the firm and continues to oversee the ongoing growth and success of the firm using Atticus principles to do so. In 2017, Patti received the 2017 Atticus Game Changer Award for innovation.
