Immediately following graduation from Bowling Green State University with her BSBA, she joined Red Lobster as an Operations Manager. A few years later she was promoted to Financial Procedures and Controls Auditor, where she was responsible for auditing restaurants all over the country. Over the course of her 20 year career at Darden, she held several leadership roles such as Point of Sale Team Trainer, Divisional Financial Analyst and Employee Relations Manager. After having her daughter later in life, she decided to stay at home with her children for several years until her return to the workforce in 2013. In her spare time, Christina gives back to her community serving on the board of a local musical theater that her children are involved in.
