LEVEL III, GROUP 1 – BEGINS APRIL 2, 2024, 1:00-3:00PM ET
Building on the foundations of the Level 2 Team Leader Certification Program, Level 3 is designed to further enhance your leadership skills, empowering you to grow and manage both your Rockstar Team and your law firm. This six-month, 12-session program deepens your confidence, communication, and impact as a leader, providing advanced strategies and insights to elevate your contributions to the success of your practice.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Deep Dive into staff reviews and team development
- A focus on KPI’s and how to use them to leverage your team
- Develop you to help your Team to think better and help them make their own connections through Quiet Leadership by David Rock
- Develop your teaching and facilitating skills to teach your teams and empower them
- Deep Dive into Team Leader ADDvantage by cross-training so there is back up for everything that needs to be done in the firm
- Gaining Leverage through reflecting on our growth and how we can do better through the Learning Bridge and Weekly Reflection
- A focus on the 8 Dimensions of Leadership: DISC Strategies for Becoming a Better Leader by Jeffery Sugerman, Mark Scullard and Emma Wilhelm

Patti Paz
Adjunct Practice Advisor, Paralegal and Certified Team Leader
Patti Paz is a Certified Team Leader and Atticus Adjunct Practice Advisor. Patti was instrumental in the creation of Idaho Estate Planning, an estate planning and elder law firm in Idaho. She also had the privilege of presenting a Game Changer at the 2017 Summit on her journey with handling initial consults.
She began her association with Atticus over a decade ago, coaching with Atticus Practice Advisor and Attorney Steve Riley. She has participated in the Practice Growth Program® as well as the Dominate Your Market Program©. She was hand picked in 2021 to develop curriculum and facilitate the Atticus Team Leader Certification Program.
