    The relationship with your Practice Advisor is confidential. All discussions during the sessions will not be shared outside of Atticus. However, since we are not practicing law, please note that our records and relationship are not privileged. If you choose to share information with us in any way, be judicious if you believe it is privileged in nature or inform your Practice Advisor so they may take precautions.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    Atticus is built on our intellectual property (IP_ and the talent of our team. Use of our strategies, concepts, forms, or IP in your practice is encouraged. During the term of this agreement, you will have access to our Atticus Membership Site, as well as many other concepts. Any reproduction of our IP or concepts, forms, tools, trademarked materials, strategies, or other IP without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • TAX AND FINANCIAL ADVICE
    While our Practice Advisors are JDs, CPAs, MBAs, and PhDs, the advice of your Practice Advisor is not replacement for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
