Great Practice. Great Life.® by Atticus® Podcast
As a private practitioner, I have experienced the challenges of being a competent manger as well as being a competent attorney. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive business administration training in law school and my continuing legal education courses have rarely given detailed information on practice management. Two years ago, I began searching for professional advice on how to improve the organization and efficiency of my practice and I discovered that Atticus has an outstanding reputation in this field. I signed up for Atticus’ one-on-one coaching program with Aaron Rothert. It was one of the best decisions I ever made for my practice.
Aaron is an outstanding professional. He is very knowledgeable about law firm management and has given me excellent advice. Thanks to Aaron’s assistance, we have significantly increased our firm revenue and the size of our office. We have improved our systems of organization and are providing services of better quality and with greater efficiency than ever before. I am very grateful to Aaron and Atticus for helping our office to accomplish so much. I strongly endorse Aaron Rothert and recommend him to other law firms that are seeking to improve their practice management.

Aaron Rothert has been my private Atticus practice advisor/coach since January 2019. I look forward to our phone meetings that occur every two weeks. My law practice is dedicated to estate planning, probate and trust administration, and related tax issues. Aaron is a great listener. He understands my practice and the law office management areas where I need the most assistance, whether a short-term goal, such as finding a new legal assistant or my ever present, long term goal of succession planning.
I have been practicing law for 38 years. I understand that managing a law office is an acquired skill. Aaron offers very practical advice in addition to recommending other valuable resources such as articles, books, software, checklists, podcasts, and similar practice tools that guide me on my mission to improve as a manager.
Aaron, I am grateful for all of your assistance and your friendship.

I have been working with Aaron Rothert as a general coach for our litigation practice for several years. His advice is nothing short of invaluable.
He has assisted me with improving systems in our practice; creating a motivating compensation plan; delegating effectively; time management; marketing and more.
His assistance has led to a qualitative and identifiable improvement in our productivity, profitability, teamwork and supportiveness, and overall enjoyment of the practice of law and life in general.
I look forward to our sessions which I find to be therapeutic as well as practical and profitable. Working with Aaron has been priceless.
