Valen Dawson brings over 25 years of experience through working and building relationships with small business owners at a small business nonprofit. Her expertise lies in the art of B2B conversations, collaborations, and forging lasting connections. She has worked with and supported many small business owners and understands the unique challenges associated with the desires most businesses hold for scalability, consistency, and profitability.

Valen leverages skills that aid her in identifying solutions for our members and is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals and carving out their success.

Outside of her professional life, Valen is an avid kayaker, foodie, and traveler.
