J.R. Phelps –
I so wish the publication had been available 40 odd years ago when I started in the field of law firm administration. I’ve experienced firsthand so many of the issues addressed within the text. It is obvious early on in reading the publication that the authors know the subject matter and have excellent ideas on how to handle the multitude of personnel issues that arise in any firm regardless of size.
The most significant factor is the utility found in the publication. I particularly like the approach of addressing issues by: The Problem, Defining the Cause, The Fix. Every team regardless of size of firm will…at some point in time…need advice and assistance. Fortunately those wise enough to purchase, retain and read this book will quickly be able to find guidance…it’s easy to read, and easy to put into practice. All in all an excellent book.
