Thank you for joining our final Killing Marketing workshop. In this final workshop, Robert Rose followed up with where you are with your projects and checked up on the progress of your marketing plan.
The final step to completing your marketing plan is figuring out how to get your plan out there, what templates to use, and getting specific on what you need help with.
Robert went over preparation process for when you move forward and hire a digital agency, consultant, freelancer, or contractor. The process was created for long-term relationships and the steps in hiring the right person or company.
The process consists of preparing for your selection, researching, doing a chemistry-check, asking for a proposal, reviewing the proposal, selecting one or two candidates and choosing one for contract negotiation.

Robert took us through his project and how he has managed technology, content, marketing and promotions. He also discussed the marketing funnel and how to build an audience. He went over the PESO Model, the media mix calculator, and how to reach your marketing goals through reverse engineering.
