In our “Dad Lawyer or Parent – How to Win at Both” webinar, Steve Riley identified three strategies to help cultivate harmony, outlined how to focus on high-impact activities, showed us the importance of planning family time first, delegating administrative tasks and how to proactively work on your parenting plan.

He recommended hiring a domestic assistant to help with errands, house maintenance, repairs, and chores so you can spend more time with your family and children. He also recommended using a family agenda and having weekly family meetings, building on family goals and plans, and planning a family vacation or getaway every quarter.
