Thank you for joining us for our “How to Improve Your Practice and Your Life” webinar! If you weren’t able to attend, that’s okay! We have provided a copy of the recording as well as the powerpoint slides and The Solo Practice Scorecard attached to print and use for your records.

In this webinar, Denise Gamez and Glenn Gutek discussed the scorecard and the importance of using it to evaluate your law practice.

“If you can’t measure, you can’t improve”

This webinar focused on your mindset and how you can shift your mindset first or your mindset will shift during this process. Once you are able to fill out the scorecard, you could determine your lowest score and ask yourself, “Why?” It then comes down to this – if you were to take an action to improve over 90 days, what would you do?

If you see that some of your scores are low, the next step for your practice would be the Practice Growth Diagnostic™.
In this diagnostic, you will be evaluated through a DISC assessment (a personality profiler which helps you understand how your communication and management styles impact your business), you will have the chance to speak with a Resource Advisor where they will bring to focus any uncomfortable blind spots that may be holding you back, and you will have three impactful actions that you can apply to your firm right now.
