In this webinar, Denise Gamez and Glenn Gutek discussed the scorecard and the importance of using it to evaluate your law practice.
“If you can’t measure, you can’t improve”
This webinar focused on your mindset and how you can shift your mindset first or your mindset will shift during this process. Once you are able to fill out the scorecard, you could determine your lowest score and ask yourself, “Why?” It then comes down to this – if you were to take an action to improve over 90 days, what would you do?
If you see that some of your scores are low, the next step for your practice would be the Practice Growth Diagnostic™.
