In this workshop, Steve Riley discussed getting started with referrals, he went over the referral development process, and provided an action plan to get started immediately on referral base marketing.

In this workshop, you learned why you wanted referred clients, presumptions, your intake process, business skills and the “ask” process. Steve discussed the referral portfolio – A, B and C clients – the importance of tracking clients, when to ask for referrals, how to thank referrals, and your top-of-mind marketing strategy.
