Kaizen! Wait, what?
Nothing is perfect, and everything can be improved. All law firms want to improve; they want excellence in their work product and client service, but not all firms continually improve. Kaizen is an improvement strategy meaning “Continual Improvement” in Japanese. Glenn Finch leads the discussion on implementing Kaizen in your law firm.
