As a Certified Practice Advisor, Aaron works with firm owners and associates to achieve their goals in the areas of time management, client development, staffing, cash flow and profitability. In addition to his individual coaching practice, Aaron conducts DISC Behavioral Profile discussions with attorneys and team members. He also facilitates the Atticus Rainmakers Program,which puts a special focus on helping attorneys improve their client development skills.
