Mark Powers recently facilitated our Graduate Network call and was joined by Certified Practice Advisors Nora Bergman and Regina Olbinsky.   They addressed the importance of a management and hiring tool called the DISC Behavioral Assessment. This assessment not only provides insight into your own personality/management style, but provides you with a social intelligence tool that will get positive results in hiring, team building and client conversions. On this call we discussed how to use the DISC to support:

  • Reducing conflict among staff members
  • Finding the strengths of potential employees and assessing if the position is right for them
  • Revitalizing your current staff
