He is licensed to practice in those states, as well as in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. Prior to acquiring the firm in 2009, Philip served as Assistant General Counsel for Starwood Vacation Ownerhsip, Inc. (now Vistana) for 9 years. Before that, Philip served as Associate Legal Counsel to Peppertree Resorts, Ltd. for 7 years.
Joe is licensed to practice in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. He also is a licensed title insurance agent in Florida and Maryland, and holds a real estate brokers license in Florida and North Carolina. His practice focuses almost exclusively on representation of real estate developers, conducting hundreds of real estate closings and settlements.
Charles leads the business operations, financial reporting, and strategic planning areas for the firm. He has an extensive background in business operations; having served for over 25 years in various financial services, corporate banking, document administration, and recording and title leadership roles. Prior to joining us, Charles served as the CFO for a local non-profit organization focused on at risk youth.
