Time management strategies are important, especially as it relates to the topic of goal setting. Without a specific framework or time, your goal is just a dream. This workshop was designed to focus on the learned business skill of time management so you can take what you have learned in the webinar and workshop and apply it to the remainder of 2023.
As a lawyer, legal skills come natural, but once you cap out or reach your ceiling, instead of plateauing, you can cultivate your business skills. Business skills don’t typically come natural for most of us, but, with practice and patience, you can cultivate this skill of time management so you can develop, implement, and execute strategies that focus on your specific goals. You will use our proprietary Time Template Worksheet™ to prioritize your weekly agenda. By prioritizing your time management, you can then focus on goal setting.
With six months left in 2023, you will use the S.M.A.R.T method, focusing on time and commitment, to ensure that your goals are achievable. You will focus on habits, processes, and performance improvements and analyze lessons learned and insights gained as you move into the remainder of 2023.
This workshop is intended to provide you with tools, strategies, and resources to improve your growth plan, finish off the rest of 2023 strong, and celebrate your successes!
“It’s okay to want things. It’s okay to be unapologetically ambitious in designing a great life and a great practice.” –Steve Riley and Lori Pulvermacher
We look forward to seeing you on July 25th!
