Krista Nash had what many law firm owners work toward: a busy practice, plenty of clients, and strong revenue. But behind that success were 18-hour workdays, mounting responsibilities, and little time for her family. She was making good money, but the way she was running her firm wasn’t sustainable.
After attending the Atticus Summit in 2022, Krista recognized how much needed to change. Through ongoing coaching with Atticus practice advisor Daniel Struna and a series of strategic changes, she has tripled her firm’s revenue, built a fully virtual team, and reduced her personal billing from roughly 80 hours a week to 80 hours a month. Along the way, she learned that growing a profitable firm didn’t have to mean doing more of the work herself.
In this episode of Great Practice, Great Life, Steve Riley sits down with Krista to discuss the decisions, challenges, and changes that transformed her practice. She shares how coaching, accountability, and learning to let go of responsibilities helped her build a law firm that supports both her passion for child advocacy and the life she wants outside of work.
